Solid Rock Contracting was founded in November of 2007, right here on the Big Island by Vale Wilson. How you might ask. Vale moved from New Mexico right after September 11th, 2001 to find a better, more peaceful life. After working for one of the larger firms on the island for 6 years as the company’s main Project Manager, he decided it was time to spread his wings and start Solid Rock. Solid Rock Contracting works with Government, Commercial and Residential clients through all the Hawaiian Islands.
